For more than 70 years, Tucson has come together to celebrate the visionaries, changemakers, and everyday heroes who make our region thrive. Since 2012, Greater Tucson Leadership (GTL) has proudly carried forward this tradition through the Community Impact Awards, honoring individuals whose leadership, service, and dedication leave a lasting mark on our community.
The 73rd Annual Community Impact Awards will take place on Saturday, March 7, 2026, at the Tucson Convention Center—a night where 500+ leaders, alumni, and community champions gather to recognize outstanding honorees and invest in the future of leadership in Southern Arizona.
